Evora Health is a South African wellness research platform connecting approved resellers with research-grade products. References to "we", "us", or "Evora Health" in this policy refer to Evora Health (Pty) Ltd. Our contact email is admin@evorahealth.co.za.
We collect only the information necessary to operate the reseller platform. This includes: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, region, and the details you provide in your reseller application. Once approved, we also collect order information including delivery address, product selections, and proof of payment uploads necessary to process your orders.
We do not collect, request, store, or process any medical records, health histories, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other health-related personal information. No medical data of any kind is held by Evora Health.
Your information is used exclusively to: manage your reseller account and application; process and fulfil your orders; communicate platform updates, new products, and account notices; verify payment and delivery of orders; and maintain records required for legitimate business operations. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your information may be shared only with: courier and logistics partners strictly to the extent necessary to deliver your orders; and our platform infrastructure providers (Firebase / Google Cloud) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. All third parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Your data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) hosted on servers with industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. We retain your data for as long as your reseller account remains active, and for a period of up to 3 years thereafter for legitimate business record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
The Evora Health platform does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Firebase Authentication uses session tokens stored locally in your browser solely to maintain your login session. No cross-site tracking is performed.
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your personal information (subject to legitimate retention requirements); object to the processing of your personal information; and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforeg.org.za.

The Evora Health platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active resellers via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By applying for, accessing, or using the Evora Health reseller platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Evora Health (Pty) Ltd.
Reseller status is granted at Evora Health's sole and absolute discretion. Approval of an application does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship between you and Evora Health. Evora Health reserves the right to review, suspend, downgrade, or permanently revoke reseller status at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these terms, misrepresentation, or conduct that brings the brand into disrepute.
All products available through the Evora Health platform are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. By accessing the platform and placing orders, you confirm that all products are acquired and used solely for lawful research purposes. You accept full and sole responsibility for ensuring that you, your clients, and any end recipients understand and comply with this restriction. You may not represent, market, or supply these products for human consumption, therapeutic use, or any purpose other than research.
Evora Health and its representatives are not medical doctors and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice. Resellers are expressly prohibited from making any medical claims, therapeutic claims, or health outcome promises in connection with any Evora Health product. Resellers must at all times direct clients with medical concerns to a qualified and registered healthcare professional. Violation of this clause constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
Resellers who are Certified Longevity Coaches, Certified Biohackers, or hold other recognised wellness certifications may share general wellness education and lifestyle guidance with their clients. This guidance must remain within the scope of their certification and must not cross into medical diagnosis, prescription, or therapeutic recommendation.
Product pricing is tiered by reseller category (Category 1 and Category 2) as displayed on the platform at the time of ordering. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt and verification of proof of payment. Evora Health reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or fulfilled.
All content on the Evora Health platform including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product descriptions, educational materials, and platform design is the intellectual property of Evora Health (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any Evora Health intellectual property without prior written consent, except to the extent necessary to carry out your legitimate reseller activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evora Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform or the products, including any harm arising from misuse, improper handling, non-compliance with research-use restrictions, or reliance on information provided on the platform. Your use of the platform and products is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evora Health (Pty) Ltd, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of products, or any claims made by your clients arising from your conduct or representations.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Evora Health reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation and successful verification of proof of payment. Orders submitted on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Processing will not commence until payment has been verified by the Evora Health team.
Standard delivery within South Africa is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery (where selected at checkout) is 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Evora Health will not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
We currently deliver to all major centres within South Africa. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take additional time and may incur additional courier surcharges. You will be notified if your delivery address falls outside standard coverage before your order is confirmed.
Tracking information will be provided on your reseller dashboard once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Evora Health is not responsible for failed delivery attempts where no one is available to receive the parcel.
All orders are packaged discreetly. Packaging does not display product names or descriptions on the exterior. This is in accordance with our commitment to reseller and client privacy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you must contact us via the platform within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Evora Health will, at its discretion, arrange a replacement or credit for verified claims.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Evora Health is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered to the specified address.
Due to the research-grade nature of our products and strict cold-chain and handling requirements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. Unopened products may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to prior written approval from Evora Health. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the reseller. Approved returns will be processed as account credit only — no cash refunds will be issued.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us via the platform immediately. Evora Health reserves the right to refuse cancellation of an order that has already entered the dispatch process.
